touchAR is a Pyrasoft developed mobile administration software for BMCs Remedy ITSM system. The app combines the three sectors Incident Management, Change Management, and Request Management under one roof.

We developed the colourful icons for the whole concept with the thought on our mind that they perfectly fit in the whole design on Apples iPhone, Android smartphones and Blackberry’s. Users can receive and correct requests, troubles and desired changes – protocol and task management inclusive.
